Plainfield EID Strategic Plan

Civitas Strategies partnered with the Plainfield Economic Improvement District (EID) to develop a forward-thinking five-year strategic plan designed to guide the district’s governance, programming, and partnerships. This initiative seeks to align the EID’s operations with its mission of supporting local businesses and their employees, particularly by addressing workforce attraction, retention, and quality of life. Through extensive stakeholder engagement, market research, and visioning, the plan will identify actionable strategies to enhance services in areas such as housing, childcare, transportation, and workforce development.
