Yorktown Strategic Planning

The Town of Yorktown partnered with Civitas Strategies to develop a strategic plan for their community. By conducting extensive community engagement and working with public officials to develop an analysis of the Town, Civitas developed future visions for community growth. Utilizing those visions, actionable goals and steps were created to guide the Town management in its efforts to improve the community.
